My process begins with reflective writing and sketching after visiting factories. Ideas are then layered into software, incorporating photographs, aerial views of garment districts, and AI-generated images of empty factories.
These digital compositions are then transformed into tangible works of diverse materials like charcoal, fabric, and electronic waste.
Each material holds symbolic significance: charcoal evokes the atmosphere of factory equipment, fabric represents the production chain, wood acts as a blatant truth, and electronic waste underscores the ambiguous nature of automation and dehumanization.
